Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to almost all countries.

Are there taxes on shipments to the EU?
For orders below €150, VAT will be shown and paid at checkout for shipments to the EU. Orders above the €150 threshold may require customs paid on delivery.

How long will it take for my products to arrive? 
We normally ship with Royal Mail from the UK - generally posting your items within 24 hours of the order. On average, post within the UK takes 1-3 working days; across Europe takes 4-10 working days; and beyond takes up to 10-20 working days (but normally faster).

Please note that we do not include tracking by default. 

How about the matchboxes? 
We ship these to UK addresses with Yodel. Should take 1-3 working days.

Do your titles sell in stores?
Our titles are available in independent bookshops and museum shops worldwide. Our list of stockists is here.

My order has not arrived yet. What can I do?
