Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to almost all countries.

Are there duties on shipments to the EU?
We are registered with the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS), therefore for orders below €150, VAT will be shown and paid at checkout for shipments to the EU. Orders above the €150 threshold may require customs to be paid on delivery. All orders to the EU are tracked.

Are there duties on shipments to the US?
We have resumed shipments to the United States. Prices now include the 10% tariffs and we are shipping Postal Delivered Duties Paid (PDDP) via Royal Mail. This means that duties have been pre-paid and should result in seamless shipping. This is a new arrangement for us, so please do contact us by responding to your order confirmation email if anything should go wrong. All orders to the US are tracked. Last updated 6 September 2025

How long will it take for my products to arrive? 
We normally ship with Royal Mail from the UK - generally posting your items within 24 hours of the order. Typically, post within the UK takes 2–3 working days; across Europe, 4–10 working days; and further afield, up to 10–20 working days (but normally faster).

Please note that we do not include tracking by default on UK orders.

How about the matchboxes? 
We ship these to UK addresses with Yodel. They should take 1-3 working days.

Do your titles sell in stores?
Our titles are available in independent bookshops and museum shops worldwide. Our list of stockists is here.

My order has not arrived yet. What can I do?
Please check the link on your status page, or email us at info@bluecrowmedia.com. We are kind people, so please send us a nice email and we will sort things out.
